Regarding how cancellations must be made:
- If canceled or modified up to 30 days before arrival, will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
- If canceled or modified up to 15 days before arrival, will be charged 75% of the entire stay.
- If canceled or modified up to 10 days before arrival, will be charged 90% of the entire stay.
- If canceled or modified later or no-show, will be charged the full stay.
- Please note, if canceled, will be charged a fixed amount of 15 €.
Storage conditions
Regarding deposits and prepayments.
The hotel will charge 50% of the total amount at the time of booking.
