Booking and Cancellation Conditions

Pitches and bungalows

Deposit to confirm the booking
To confirm the booking for pitches or bungalows, a prepayment of 100% of the total amount of the stay is required at the time of booking.

How to cancel or modify the booking
Requests for cancellation or modification must be made in writing, preferably by email, indicating the guest’s name, dates of stay and booking number.

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel or modify the booking up to 30 days before the arrival date, the campsite will refund 100% of the amount of the stay.
  • If you cancel or modify the booking between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, the campsite will refund 25% of the amount of the stay.
  • If you cancel or modify the booking between 14 and 10 days before the arrival date, the campsite will refund 10% of the amount of the stay.
  • If you cancel the booking with less than 10 days’ notice or in case of no-show, the campsite will not refund any amount already paid.

Handling fee
In all cases, if you cancel the booking, the campsite will charge a fixed amount of €15 as a handling fee, which will be deducted from any refund due (if applicable).
